Bacon and Egg Breakfast Quesadilla


  • 2 Strips Bacon, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Green onions, Chopped
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 8-Inch Tortilla
  • 1 Oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Canned Green Chilies



  1. Place the DuraChef® Non-Stick Cooking Sheet in the skillet. Place skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the bacon for 5-7 minutes. Add the onions and cook for an additional minute. Remove the mixture from the skillet and keep it warm.
  2. Drain the grease from the pan. Add the eggs to the skillet. Cook and stir until firm. Stir in the bacon mixture. Remove the eggs and bacon from the skillet.
  3. Place the tortilla in the skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the eggs,bacon, and cheese on one half of the tortilla. Fold over the tortilla and cook for about 2 minutes. Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional two minutes.
