Banana Buckwheat Pancakes


  • 1 1/2 Cup Buckwheat Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Large Banana, Mashed
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened


  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Large Skillet
  • DuraChef® Non-Stick Cooking Sheet


  1. In the large mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Whisk until the batter is well-mixed and no chunks of the buckwheat flour remain.
  2. Place the DuraChef® Non-Stick Cooking Sheet in the skillet. Place skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Use a 1/4 Cup measuring cup to  scoop the batter into the skillet. Cook each pancake for about 3 minutes on the first side, and flip and cook for about 2 more minutes.
