Breakfast Flatbread Pizza


  • 1 Medium Slice Center-Cut Bacon
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Large Pita Flatbread
  • 1 Tsp. Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp.  Diced Red Onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Diced Bell Pepper
  • 1 Mushroom, Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp. Chopped Chives



  1. Heat Oven to 400°F. Place DuraChef® Non-Stick Baking Sheet onto baking sheet. Place bacon on sheet and cook for 7 minutes in oven. Remove from oven. Blot grease and allow to cool, then slice and set aside.
  2. Place DuraChef® Non-Stick Cooking Sheet in skillet. Scramble eggs over medium heat. Do not cook all the way through. The eggs need to be moist because they'll finish cooking in the oven.
  3. Place flatbread on baking sheet and spread cream cheese. Top evenly with eggs, bacon, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake in oven at 400°F for 8 minutes until flatbread is crispy and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with chives and slice into four triangles while hot.
