Broccoli-Bacon Skillet Pizza


  • 10 Oz. Pizza Dough
  • 12 Oz. Broccoli Florets
  • 4 Bacon Slices, Chopped
  • 2/3 Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Oz. Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, Grated
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Minced



  1. Steam the broccoli florets in the microwave. Allow to cool and cut into halves or quarters.
  2. Cook bacon in the Cast Iron Skillet on medium heat. Remove bacon from skillet and add broccoli. Coat the broccoli in the bacon drippings and remove from skillet.
  3. Combine the cheeses and garlic in the bowl. Stir together to mix well.
  4. Place DuraChef® Non-Stick Cooking Sheet in the skillet. Place dough in the skillet and place over medium-high heat. Add cheese mixture to top of the dough and cook for 2 minutes. Place pan in oven and broil for 2 minutes. Top pizza with broccoli and broil for an additional minute. Remove from oven and sprinkle with bacon.
