Broccoli & Sun-Dried Tomato Quiche


  • 5 Oz. Broccoli, coarsley chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp. paprika
  • 1 Cup Half & Half
  • 1/4 Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 3 Eggs



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the broccoli, onion, oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in the 8" x 8" baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and leave a small corner to vent. Place in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes. Add in the cheese, half & half, and tomatoes. Add the eggs and beat with a fork.
  2. Place DuraChef® Non-Stick Baking sheet in the round baking dish. Pour in the filling and bake for 35 minutes in the oven. Let stand 15 minutes before serving
