Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the DuraChef® Non-Stick Cooking Sheet in the skillet. Place skillet over medium heat and cook the ground turkey and onion for about 5 minutes. Drain the fat from the pan and set the mixture aside. Wipe the skillet clean.
On a lightly floured rolling surface, divide the pizza dough in half. Roll one dough portion into a 12" circle and place in the bottom of the skillet. Spread 1/2 cup of the pizza sauce evenly on the dough. Top with the meat mixture, cheese, vegetables, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Roll the remaining dough portion into a 12" circle. Place the dough over the filling. Pinch the edges of the dough to seal together, Cut slits into the to crust.
Bake for about 25 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, and then cut and serve.
