Dark Chocolate Almond Bark

Ingredients

  • 5 Oz Dark Chocolate
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Dried Apricots
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Almonds
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Flaked Coconut
  • Dash of Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate on stovetop in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
  2. Place DuraChef® Non-Stick Baking Sheet on cookie sheet. Spread melted chocolate onto sheet until about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle with apricots, almonds, coconut, and salt. Chill in fridge or freezer until hardened. Break apart when serving.
