Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz. slivered almonds
  • 3.5 oz. walnut halves
  • 3.5 oz. dried cranberries
  • 1.7 oz. hazelnuts
  • 2.5 oz. amaranth
  • 5 oz. oats
  • 3.5 oz. cashews
  • .35 oz. salt
  • .7 oz. cinnamon
  • 3.5 oz. vegetable oil
  • 1.7 oz. raisins
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup muscovado sugar
  • 3/4 cup honey

Utensils

  1. Mix in a bowl the following ingredients: oil, sugar, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Then gradually add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Place DuraChef® baking sheet over tray and pour the mixture and spread.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes at 300 F.
  4. Cut in chunks and store in a dry jar or in zip lock bags.
