Honey-Ginger Glazed Salmon


  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Piece Ginger, Grated
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Grated
  • 4 Salmon Fillets



  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the DuraChef® Non-Stick Baking Sheet on the baking pan.
  2. Combine the honey, ginger, and garlic in the small sauce pan. Place over medium heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the glass baking dish and pour the cooled marinade over the fillets. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the baking pan. Save the remaining marinade for later. Cook the salmon for 5 minutes and remove from oven. Place the salmon in a broiler on high for 2 minutes. Remove from broiler and drizzle remaining marinade on top.
