Honey-Glazed Spiced Pork Tenderloin


  • 2 Tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 1/4 Lbs. Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 Tsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. and 1 Tsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic



  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In the small bowl, mix together the paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the tenderloin evenly. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes.
  4. In another small bowl, mix together the honey and garlic.
  5. Place the DuraChef® Non-Stick Cooking Sheet in the skillet. Place over medium-high heat and cook tenderloin 1-2 minutes per side, until sides are browned. Coat the tenderloin with the honey mixture.
  6. Place the tenderloin and skillet in the oven and roast, uncovered, for 16-18 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and loosely cover the tenderloin with foil, letting stand for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
