Marinated Pork Chops


  • 1/2 lb. of chilies
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 branch of fresh thyme
  • 1 branch of fresh marjoram
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup of red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • 2-4 pork chops with bone


  1. Drain chilies and put in blender along with the peeled garlic, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, vinegar, and white wine.
  2. Pour mixture over pork chops and marinate for an hour.
  3. Place a DuraChef® non-stick cooking sheet over flat pan and pre-heat for 10 minutes. Cook each pork chop for 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve with vegetables.
