Oven Fired Chicken Strips


  • 2 Lbs. Chicken Breast, cut into pieces
  • 1 Cup Dried Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 Tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Milk



  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
  3. Coat the chicken pieces with mayonnaise. Place the pieces in the bowl with the bread crumb mixture and coat. Place DuraChef® Non-Stick Baking Sheet on the baking dish and place chicken in the baking dish.
  4. Bake in oven until the chicken is opaque. This will be approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on thickness of strips.
