To prepare the Avocado dressing, combine all the avocado dressing ingredients into a food processors. Add 2 Tbsp. water and process until smooth. Set aside.
Place DuraChef® Non-Stick Cooking Sheet on cooking pan and place over medium-high heat. Combine the oil, basil, chives, tarragon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and blend together. Brush the salmon and pineapple with the mixture.
Cook salmon on the cooking pan, about 4 minutes on each side. Cook the pineapple slices for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Serve the dish with the pineapple slice and salmon slightly overlapping, topped with the avocado dressing.
