Sauteed Vegtables

Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 6 Cremini Mushrooms
  • 4 Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 1/2 Yellow Summer Squash
  • 1/2 Tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Chicken Stock

Directions

  1. Chop up all of the vegetables into the desired size
  2. Place DuraChef® Non-Stick Cooking Sheet in Sauté Pan and place over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Then add all vegetables and cook until they are starting to wilt (about 2 minutes)
  4. Add oregano, soy sauce, and chicken stock. Stir well and cook until vegetables are wilted (about 3 minutes).
  5. Remove from heat and serve
